These cable management beauties allow you to secure a cable or cables to a beam, wall or even a desk. It automatically adjusts to the size cable you are using and does no damage to the wire. Simply screw into your surface, use double stick tape or other adhesives to mount them. Then place the cable(s) inside, line up the line on the top face of the cover with the wire, push down and then twist almost a quarter turn till it clicks to lock it in place. Reverse to unlock.
