What's more annoying than trying to mount a camera to the bottom of a metal open-web truss? Drilling steel, fiddling with toggle bolts and nuts. We have a better solution. Our mount works with any camera, even fisheyes. Step 1-Take your template or camera base and place it on the mounting plate. Mark your holes and predrill the plastic. Step 2-Mount the camera base to the plate and then mount the camera itself while threading your cable through the provided slot. Step 3-Insert the provide bolt into the mount. Step 4-Feed the entire assembly with bolt and cable through the opening in the bottom of the truss. Step 5- Thread on the provided nut with the rubber ring facing the truss. Your DONE! So easy you can even do it with your gloves on. To make your workflow even faster- predrill and mount the camera to all plates on the ground first. Then bring them all up on the lift. Think of all the time and effort you will save. That's money in your pocket. Your welcome.
Note: source 1/2" to 3/4" Pan-head screws for mounting the camera.
